September revs its engines with one of the most dynamic calendars of the season. Between international competitions, high-tech university projects, and iconic legends of Motorsport history, the circuits of the Motor Valley are gearing up for a month of pure track action.
The month kicks off at high speed at the Autodromo di Varano with Formula SAE Italy. It is not just a race, but a global engineering challenge: hundreds of university students from dozens of institutions bring open-wheel single-seaters (combustion, electric, and autonomous) designed and built by themselves into the pits. At stake are both dynamic track performance and overall engineering design excellence.
From September 11 to 13, the spotlight shifts to the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli for the Gran Premio Red Bull di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini. It is the month’s headline event: three days of fierce top-tier World Championship battles, with the world’s best riders ready to compete for crucial points on one of global motorcycling’s most iconic tracks.
For lovers of timeless classic cars, September features three landmark events:
Historic Minardi Day (September 19–20): The 10th edition at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferraricelebrating Formula 1 legends, Prototypes, and GT cars. The winning formula remains unchanged: open pits and engines roaring on track all weekend long.
