When Lamborghini unveiled the Espada in 1968, it presented the world with what was then the ultimate grand tourer and the most revolutionary interpretation of the concept to date. Its 2+2 seats, trunk and overall usability made this model the perfect choice for car enthusiasts who loved to drive, but also had to take into account the needs of a family. The Islero, on the other hand, offered the same usability and tourism capability in a more compact form.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of these two iconic models, Lamborghini is organizing a 5-day (4 nights) tour in Umbria, from the 7th to the 11th of September. The event will start out from the 5-star Sina Brufani hotel in Perugia, not far from Lake Trasimeno, and go on to include visits to the charming villages of the area and the headquarters of one of the finest Italian cashmere producers, and also to the renowned Sagrantino and Montefalco wineries.

After an amazing 650 km journey passing also through the two famous Tuscan passes, Futa and Raticosa, the tour will end in Sant’Agata Bolognese for a dinner, to be held at the brand new Urus plant.
