Il Piccolo Museo della Moto di Emilio Bariaschi comprende le motociclette protagoniste della motorizzazione di massa tra la fine della seconda guerra mondiale e il 1965.

Una collezione in grado di raccontare gli anni ruggenti del motociclismo in Italia. Periodo in cui la Gilera, la Moto Guzzi e la MV sono diventate famose in tutto il mondo. 

A ricordare questo splendido periodo ha provveduto Emilio Bariaschi, il collezionista di Guastalla, che ha sentito l’esigenza di condividere questa sua passione con il pubblico.

The museum is located in Via S. Giuseppe, 16/A a Guastalla (RE), around 30 km from Parma, Reggio Emilia e Mantova.

The Exhibition

The museum, in 4 pavilions for a total of 650 square meters, contains 182 pieces from 41 different brands from the Italian motorcycle industry and some of the most important examples of European industry.

Significant examples that have set in motion the Italian passion since the end of the Second World War, both in daily use and for competitions. The Milan-Taranto and the Motogiro d’Italia constituted, with a course on Italian roads, a powerful tool for promoting motorism. The museum itinerary aims to illustrate the evolution of Italian motor engineering techniques from the immediate post-war period to the booming economic years.

Films of motorcycle competitions are also on show from the 50s 60s and 70s. Visitors will be accompanied by a guide for technical explanations.
