On March 8, the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola will come alive from morning to late afternoon with meetings, stories, and experiences. A day to explore gender equality, professional growth, and the opportunities that arise at the intersection of motors, innovation, STEM, and people.

WOW is a free event open to everyone: it brings together high school and university students, companies, professionals, Motor Valley organizations, and traditionally male-dominated sectors — both on the track and in the conference rooms.
