Vernasca Silver Flag 23rd Edition

The 23rd edition of the Vernasca Silver Flag “Concorso Dinamico di restauro e conservazione per vetture da competizione” (Dynamic Competition for the restoration of racing cars) will take place from 29 June to 1 July 2018.
After the "Passion", theme for 2017, for this edition the Organizing Committee has chosen to address again to history to celebrate one of the cradles of World Auto racing: "" Vitesse en bleue!", The great French racing cars.

The special category will in fact be dedicated to the great French racing cars built since the dawn of automobile history.
Bugatti, Delage, Renault, Peugeot, Alpine, Matra and many other legendary brands will be the undisputed protagonists of the 2018 edition.

The event will begin Friday, June 29 with the registrations in Castell'Arquato. Saturday will take place two of the three parades on closed road and Sunday 1 July will end in Vernasca with the awards of the "Dynamic restoration and conservation contest".

As always, the event is open to racing cars built from the beginning of the history of the automobile until the mid-70s.
