Nadia Padovani, widow of Fausto who passed away about three years ago, is now the face leading Team Gresini. After her husband’s death, Nadia made one of the most difficult decisions of her life: to continue the business to which Fausto had dedicated his entire life. Thus, she became the first woman in Italy to lead a MotoGP team.
