September is shaping up to be a busy month for motor enthusiasts in the Motor Valley, with a packed calendar of races, rallies, and events dedicated to two and four wheels.
The action starts from Saturday, September 5-7, with the Italian Bike Festival at Misano, an international event for bike lovers. On September 6, the Track days by Luca Pedersoli continue at the Autodromo di Modena, with another session scheduled for September 28. That same weekend of September 6-7, the Campionato Italiano Velocità takes the stage at the Autodromo di Imola.
From Wednesday, September 10 to 14, the Autodromo di Varano hosts university students for the return of Formula SAE! Misano, meanwhile, will host one of the most anticipated events of the season: from September 12-14, the Red Bull Grand Prix of San Marino and the Rimini Riviera is set to write another page in history. For heritage enthusiasts, the Historic Minardi Day (September 13-14) will transform the Autodromo di Imola into a time machine.
Moving on to the weekend of September 19-21, the scooters of the Trofei Malossi will light up the Autodromo di Varano, while at the Autodromo di Imola, it’s time for the Mostra Scambio CRAME, one of Europe’s most important events for collectors of vintage cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. At the Misano World Circuit, the FIM Junior GP World Championship will be held. But that’s not all: on September 19 alone, the historic and fascinating GP Nuvolari will make a stop at the Autodromo di Modena for a track test.
The weekend of September 26-28 will close out the month with the CIV Junior at the Autodromo di Varano, the Concorso d’Eleganza Varignana in the stunning setting of the Palazzo di Varignana, and the ACI Racing Weekend at the Autodromo di Imola. A special mention goes to the Transitalia Marathon, which will continue until the 30th of the month.
