Misano World Circuit celebrates another extraordinary international success. The 2026 edition of the Misano Grand Prix Truck closed with top-tier numbers, recording as many as 44,015 spectators over the weekend (18,762 on Saturday and 25,253 on Sunday). This result confirms the steady growth of the event and firmly establishes it among the most beloved appointments on the Motor Valley motoring calendar.

On-track spectacle: Kiss dominates and family rivalries

The circuit heated up right from the opening round of the Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship, treating the large crowd in the grandstands to four adrenaline-fueled races. The absolute star of the weekend was the reigning Hungarian champion Norbert Kiss, who managed to sweep three victories (Race 1, 2, and 4). His dominance was interrupted only in Race 3, won by Jochen Hahn who, in an exciting and unusual showdown, beat his own son Lukas, with Antonio Albacete completing the podium.

Innovation and industry in the heart of the paddock

The Misano Grand Prix Truck is not just motorsport; it cements its role as a fundamental hub for the entire road transport supply chain. The massive exhibition and commercial area set up in the paddock provided a valuable opportunity to admire the latest industry innovations. International giants such as DAF, IVECO, Daimler Truck Italia, Renault Trucks, and the returning MAN were present, alongside the event debut of Mobil Delvac™ and the presence of Bardhal and Rino Custom.

Test drives and the colorful celebration of decorated trucks

Fans were also true protagonists of the weekend. Over the two-day event, a remarkable 455 test drives were completed, a successful initiative promoted by media partners Vado e Torno and Trasportare Oggi. Participants were able to test twelve vehicles — ranging from internal combustion engines to innovative electric solutions — made available by leading manufacturers both on and off the track.

Bringing the weekend to a perfect close was the unmissable custom truck show. As many as 270 personalized “giants of the road” transformed the paddock into a genuine open-air art gallery on wheels, before bidding farewell to the public and the Motor Valley with the traditional and spectacular final parade along the circuit’s curbs.
