From the slopes of Monte Cimone to the curves of the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli: the 2026 season at the Romagna track begins with a symbolic image that tells more than just a calendar. It’s a snapshot of a region connecting territories, expertise, and tourist appeal under a single strategic vision.
The official presentation took place at 1,550 meters above sea level, at Passo del Lupo (Sestola), reinforcing the message of integration between mountains and coast. A link that brings together winter tourism, major sporting events, and international motorsport, highlighting Emilia-Romagna as a unique platform capable of generating flows and visibility year-round.
Following a symbolic start with the Open Games, the season will kick off in April and conclude in November, confirming the events that make Misano one of the central hubs of the Motor Valley.
On the calendar: the San Marino and Rimini Riviera Grand Prix of the MotoGP World Championship, renewed through 2031, alongside the Emilia-Romagna Round of the Superbike World Championship — one of the stages with the highest audience of the entire championship.
The only Italian date of the European Truck Racing Championship will also be included, along with the JuniorGP, the GT World Challenge Europe (with a contract extended through 2028), and a format blending sport and entertainment such as Elektronfest, featuring artists like Planet Funk and DJ Ralf.
From July 3 to 5, the World Ducati Week returns, coinciding in 2026 with Ducati’s centenary: a historic moment for one of the Motor Valley’s flagship brands and for the global Ducatisti community.
At the end of September, the ASI Festival will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Automotoclub Storico Italiano, bringing historic vehicles to Misano in an event that strengthens the link between heritage and modernity.
Also confirmed are the Italian Bike Festival, EICMA Riding Fest, CIV Racing Night, and a new summer slot for the Misano Classic Weekend.
