Andrés Hernández

Andrés Hernández is based in Munich and currently the Head of Automotive  and Vice Chairman for Northern Europe (Nordics, Benelux, DACH) and the Middle East at EFESO. He joined the company in 2023 and has over 20 years of experience in consulting. Before joining EFESO, Andrés held various senior management positions in the consulting entities of global industrial players such as Siemens and Porsche.

 Throughout his career, he has been involved in several complex industrial initiatives, including Sustainability projects at the World Economic Forum and the automotive initiative Catena-X. He has mainly focused on activities related to the automotive industry (OEMs, suppliers, and mobility players) as well as industrial goods and equipment firms (automation, robotics, machine builders).

 Andrés has a wide range of functional expertise, including strategy, digital, and operations projects in the are of Large Scale Transformation, Sustainability/Circular Economy, Engineering Effectiveness & Efficiency, Product Compliance, Restructuring, and Turnaround/Crisis management.
