Andrea Bombardi

Andrea Bombardi is in charge of RINA's strategic positioning with its key clients (key accounts) and, in the market, with reference to strategic issues such as energy transition, digitalization, ESG.
Andrea develops guidelines for the Group's strategy, focusing on strategic streams, geographies, and key accounts
Andrea is RINA's delegate in H2IT, an association in which she sits on the board of directors, Hydrogen Europe, European Clean Hydrogen Alliance, Scottish Hydrogen & Fuel Cell association, African Hydrogen Partnership, and Low Carbon and Renewable Fuel association also coordinating the Group's activities within the hydrogen associations in Indonesia and Brazil.
Andrea is also a member of the hydrogen working group in Assorisorse, of the Hydrogen Observatory established by Regione Sicilia and at the working table foreseen by the Memorandum of Understanding scheme for hydrogen promoted by Regione Liguria.
Andrea holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Genoa and has worked at RINA since 2000, where he gained significant international experience, managing Group companies in the UK, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Ghana, Mozambique and Congo. As Carbon Reduction Excellence EVP, he has been RINA's direct point of contact for energy transition issues.
