Andrea Bedeschi

Born in 1963 in Faenza, he attended Industrial Technical Institute in Forli. After graduation, he enrolled and graduated degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Automation at the University of Bologna. He worked from 1990 to 1995 at Cisa Serrature in Faenza as engineering and after-sales manager of the Electronic Locks for Hotels sector.
From 1995 He worked at Technogym SpA as After Sales Manager Italy , becoming later responsible for Service at the international level and responsible for the Business Unit for second-hand management at the International level.
Since 2004, he has become General Manager of Bucci Composites SpA (a company belonging to the Bucci Industries industrial group) with production facilities in Faenza.
He managed the transition from a small artisan company (30 people) to the current size current size of 450 people by ensuring organizational growth and obtaining certifications 9001,
9100, IATF16496, Tisax, Iso14000. The company works mainly in the automotive sector but also follows projects in other sectors such as aeronautics and construction.
Bucci Composites has adopted different production technologies over time to be able to offer customers the best solution depending on the geometric complexity of the components to be produced and/or the volumes of production.
