Giuseppe is currently Vice President, Head of Customer Satisfaction Premium & Luxury for Alfa Romeo and Maserati, where he leads a strategic, cross-functional mandate to redesign the end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints — from brand discovery to ownership and aftersales. Acting as both brand ambassador and internal change agent, his role is central to strengthening emotional connection, loyalty and long-term brand value in the highly competitive premium and luxury automotive segment. 
Previously, he served as Global Marketing Communications Director for Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional, defining and executing global marketing strategies across international markets. In this role, he enhanced cultural relevance, brand distinctiveness and commercial performance through integrated campaigns, major product launches and customer-centric storytelling. 
A defining chapter of his career was his appointment as Managing Director of Fiat & Abarth Italy, where he led the company’s largest and most strategic market. He successfully balanced short-term commercial performance with long-term brand equity, reinforcing market leadership through tailored go-to-market strategies, improved customer experience and strong alignment between global brand vision and local execution. 
Across his career, spanning global, regional and market leadership roles, Giuseppe has consistently addressed complex business challenges: accelerating customer-centric transformation, navigating market volatility, strengthening brand relevance, and aligning large organizations around a unified vision of value creation.
