Riccardo De Filippi

Riccardo De Filippi is an electronic engineering graduate who started his career at Magneti Marelli Motorsport in 1996 as resident engineer in Alfa Romeo for the DTM championship as Control Specialist. Later he became the Head of Software Development at Toyota Motorsport GmbH for F1 for 6 years. Returning to Magneti Marelli in 2006, he managed the Software and Electronics Department, eventually becoming the Head of R&D in 2010. Since 2018 Riccardo has served as the CEO of (Magneti) Marelli Motorsport, overseeing all operations.
