Paolo Poma

Paolo Poma studied at the Milan Polytechnic and graduated in Management Engineering in 1992. He started his career in the construction industry dealing with Operations and obtained a Master in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi in 1999. From 2000, he worked at McKinsey & Co. in Milan and two years later was appointed Planning and M&A Director at Ducati. In 2005, he held the same position in the Tenaris Group in Buenos Aires. From 2007, after returning to Ducati, he assumed various positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance area until his appointment to the position of CFO in 2011. Following the acquisition of Ducati by the VW Group in 2012, he led the integration of the Company into the Group and in 2015 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Volkswagen Group Italia and Director of Automobili Lamborghini. He has held his current role as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Lamborghini since 2017. Since October 2019, he has been appointed Vice President of the German-Italian Chamber of Commerce and is also Director of the Previlabor Pension Fund.
