Irene Boni

At the helm of Talent Garden as Managing Director since 2021, Irene Boni coordinates a team of over 250 people in 9 countries, with the aim of creating a growth process for one of the most innovative and dynamic companies in the digital world.

She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna and a Master in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York. She started her career at Procter & Gamble and McKinsey & Co, then joined YOOX Group and YOOX NET-A-PORTER Group, where she built an important career within the company.

During these years, she has been a senior consultant for digital transformation in some of the most important European and scale-up companies.

She is an independent member of the Boards of Directors of Safilo Group S.p.A., Edizione S.p.A. and Hype, as well as an "investor" with Angels4Woman.

Mother of 4 children, she is passionate about sports and travel.
