I have gained strong experience in high-tech companies in sectors as telecommunications, semiconductors and automotive, developing deep experiences in organization development, business process mapping and review.  I have leaded  IT & Quality teams transforming these disciplines into  business booster for the companies where I worked adapting global methods in the continuously changing.

Recently, after several years invested in specialized training following my passion for people development, I gained the position of People and Organization leader. I aim to transform the company into an international company adapting people’s culture and mindset. Certified Coach (ACC) ICF (International Coach Federation) in the European Coaching School, she takes inspiration from others and lectures. Motto: never stop learning.
