Ampelio Corrado Ventura

Law degree from the University of Padua.
In 1992 he joined the Fiat Group in Human Resources covering different roles, in different locations both in Italy and abroad.
From 2004 he moved as HR Manager in CNH Industrial in different Italian locations, coming to coordinate first Southern Italy and then Northern Italy sites.
From 2013 to 2017 he was president of the ITS MAKER Foundation of Emilia Romagna. (Higher Technical Institute for New Technologies for the Made in Italy of Mechanics, Mechatronics, Motor and Packaging)
From 2019 he joined STMicroelectronics as Sicily Human Resources Director, a role he currently holds
