I joined Automobili Lamborghini in November 2017 to work on a new phase of Employer Branding, moving in 2019 to Development, Talent Acquisition and Learning activities to prepare the Company to deal with industry transformation and to sustain the product offer and market growth.

Born in Turin, with an economic degree at Modena University, I worked in the new media, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and consultancy sectors, leading organizational and technological programs and managing the human side of change.
