Ruggero Dadamo, born in 1966, has been Group HR Director of Pagani S.p.A. since January 2024, a role in which he leads organizational development and growth at the heart of the Motor Valley. A manager with a strong inclusive approach, he bases his leadership on values of respect, transparency and ethics. 
With over thirty years of experience in Human Resources, his professional career has developed across both Italian and multinational contexts, initially in the pharmaceutical sector (SmithKline Beecham/Glaxo) and later in the gaming industry (Sisal/Flutter), where he ultimately held the role of Chief People Officer. In his previous position before joining Pagani, he supported a remarkable phase of company expansion, growing the organization from 300 to over 3,100 employees. A pioneer in HR innovation, he has led major projects and initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, Welfare/Wellbeing, and the digitalization of HR processes.
