Nicola Raule leads the Open Innovation team at CNH. 
 
With 25 years of experience in R&D and Innovation across multiple sectors—from Life Sciences to Industry—he has spent the last decade supporting large enterprises in implementing new technologies and building strategic networks and partnerships to accelerate product development while reducing costs. 
Nicola joined CNH in 2021, having previously held various positions across diverse organizations: in academia as a Research Fellow and Adjunct Professor, in non-profits as a Program Manager and Facilities Director, and in the mechanical industry as an Innovation Advisor. He is also a startup founder, mentor, and evaluator for several organizations. 
He holds a degree in Biotechnology from the University of Bologna and a PhD in Biochemistry, completed as a visiting researcher at Caltech. His academic background is further distinguished by multiple advanced degrees, including an MS in Agribusiness from Purdue University and an MBA from the IU Kelley School of Business.
