Lisa is a Director specialising in adoption and cultural change processes. Since 2024, she has been leading Deloitte Italy’s Strategic & Technology Change and Learning offering, driving initiatives focused on organisational transformation, capability building, and workforce evolution. She is also responsible for the Adoption stream within Deloitte’s GenAI Centre of Excellence, supporting the integration and scalable adoption of generative AI across organisations. 
She has developed strong expertise in designing, planning, and monitoring the delivery of change management programmes, with a particular focus on implementation and adoption phases. A graduate in Organisational Psychology, she later pursued a master’s degree in Digital Transformation and Business Strategy, starting her professional career in corporate learning with a focus on workforce re-skilling and up-skilling. 
She is also a lecturer at LUISS Business School for the HR Executive programme and courses focused on organisational transformation management.
