I have dedicated the last 20 years to leading large-scale transformation programs in the automotive sector, supporting my clients from the development of strategic plans to operational execution, spanning all critical dimensions of the modern supply chain.​
I started by addressing the fundamental challenges of integrated planning and production process improvement methodologies. Then I deepened my expertise in structural reviews of industrial and logistics footprints—those complex projects that require rethinking where and how to produce, distribute, and serve global markets. Over time, I have developed deep expertise in advanced planning technologies, intelligent factory management, optimization of maintenance processes, and comprehensive governance of industrial operational processes.​

I am married to my lifelong friend, we have two daughters and we live in a small town on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore.​
I enjoy outdoor sports, traveling, reading, going to the cinema, 80s pop culture, and I am a devoted Star Wars fan.
