The automotive supply chain is undergoing an unprecedented transformation. It is no longer just about optimizing processes or reducing costs: it is about fundamentally rethinking how organizations make decisions in environments of growing complexity. This is the challenge that has captivated me for years, and what I believe represents the future of the industry.
I have dedicated the last 20 years to leading large-scale transformation programs in the automotive sector, supporting my clients from the development of strategic plans to operational execution, spanning all critical dimensions of the modern supply chain.
I started by addressing the fundamental challenges of integrated planning and production process improvement methodologies. Then I deepened my expertise in structural reviews of industrial and logistics footprints—those complex projects that require rethinking where and how to produce, distribute, and serve global markets. Over time, I have developed deep expertise in advanced planning technologies, intelligent factory management, optimization of maintenance processes, and comprehensive governance of industrial operational processes.
Through this journey, I have learned that technology is an enabler, but the true value lies in the ability to transform data and insights to support people in making better, faster, and more informed decisions.
I am married to my lifelong friend, we have two daughters and we live in a small town on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore.
I enjoy outdoor sports, traveling, reading, going to the cinema, 80s pop culture, and I am a devoted Star Wars fan.
