Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Padua.
1992: Joined the Fiat Group within the Human Resources department, holding various roles across multiple locations in Italy and abroad.
2004: Moved to CNH Industrial as HR Manager, serving at several Italian sites; subsequently coordinated the Southern Italy plants and, later, the Northern Italy plants.
2013 – 2017: Served as President of the ITS MAKER Foundation in Emilia-Romagna (Higher Technical Institute for New Technologies for “Made in Italy” in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automotive, and Packaging).
2019 – Present: Joined STMicroelectronics as Sicily Human Resources Director, a position currently held.
