UniBo Motorsport

Passion, spirit of sacrifice and the ability to always look to the future are what characterizes UniBo Motorsport, the University of Bologna’s racing team.

The team was born in 2009 from the desire of 10 students to get involved; to date it has more than 250 members dedicated to the design and construction of three prototypes: an electric motorcycle, an electric car and a hybrid car.

The team participates annually in international competitions and in the last year has achieved some really important milestones such as first place in the Motostudent in Aragon and two second places in Formula Student Italy and Formula Student East.

The project certainly presents a high educational contribution that allows hundreds of students to approach a real business reality for the first time, allowing them to put into practice what they learn in parallel in their university career and preparing them for what will be the entry into the working world.
