Zeno Kastelic is Principal at Club degli Investitori, one of Italy’s leading angel investment networks, where he coordinates dealflow and investment practices across multiple sectors. He has led and supported investments in high-growth technology companies such as Jet HR, Proxima Fusion, Ephos and many others, spanning HR tech, fusion energy, photonics and AI-driven software. 
He is also a former mentor at Techstars, where he supported startups on fundraising, investment terms, round composition, and strategic introductions within the European venture ecosystem. 
Prior to venture capital, Zeno worked at LINKS Foundation, focusing on technology transfer, startup scouting and innovation projects developed in collaboration with universities, research centers, and corporates. Zeno holds both a Bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Economics and Management from the Università degli Studi di Torino, graduating summa cum laude.
