From 2020 to 2024, he served as Regional Councilor for Economic Development and the Green Economy, Labor, Training, and International Relations. Previously, he served as Regional General Secretary of the CGIL Emilia-Romagna and Deputy General Secretary of the national CGIL. He has worked on industrial innovation, networks, energy, the transportation system, infrastructure, joint ventures, credit, and the service sector. He has collaborated on numerous studies, research projects, and publications.
