With over 20 years of leadership experience across management consulting and media and technology sectors, Stephane Timpano is a visionary executive driving innovation and strategic growth at the intersection of advanced technologies and industry development. 
 
As the Chief Executive Officer of ASPIRE, the innovation acceleration arm of the Advanced Technology Research Council of Abu Dhabi (ATRC), Mr. Timpano leads efforts to bridge the gap between R&D, talent, and industry. He champions the creation and deployment of cutting-edge technological solutions that accelerate Abu Dhabi’s knowledge economy and support its ambitious development agenda. 
 
In addition, Mr. Timpano serves as CEO of the Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League (A2RL), pushing the boundaries of autonomous technologies, robotics, and artificial intelligence through extreme motorsports, showcasing advanced innovation on a global stage. 
 
Before joining ASPIRE, Mr. Timpano spent more than two decades with Bain & Company, rising to Senior Partner while managing offices across Milan, Johannesburg, Lagos, Riyadh, and Dubai. His expertise spans strategy, business development, and ecosystem building in diverse international markets. He also brings five years of industry experience as a Business Development Director at Sky TV (News Corp) and as Managing Director of IMS (formerly EMI Music Operations). 
 
Stephane holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan and degrees in Political Science from Sciences Po and Economics. His multifaceted background enables him to seamlessly integrate cross-sector expertise and lead transformative projects that translate innovation into impactful market outcomes.
