Stefano Fiorati is the Global Senior Manager of Powertrain Innovation at CNH. 
He is responsible for advancing and expanding engine, driveline, hydraulic, and electrification technologies across the Company’s entire agricultural product portfolio. 
Prior to this appointment, Stefano served as Manager of Tractor Innovation, Zero Emission & Advanced Drivetrain from 2021 to 2023, and as Tractor Innovation Manager from 2014 to 2021. In these roles, he was the technical project leader for the New Holland T6.140 Methane Powered tractor prototype and subsequent concepts, presented in 2015 and 2017 respectively, which have been in production since 2021. 
Furthermore, Stefano oversaw projects related to tractor-baler automation, such as the “Baler Mode” which was awarded at Agritechnica 2019. He is the inventor of more than 40 patents. Stefano began his professional career with CNH in 2011 as a Mechanical Design Engineer within the Innovation department. 
He holds a PhD in Mechanics of Machines, awarded jointly by the University of Ferrara (Italy) and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium), and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ferrara.
