Passionate about emotional intelligence and personal development, as well as the world of engines and motorcycles, he joined HPE Group in 2019, starting his professional journey in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, initially focusing on junior profiles, a segment that has always represented one of the strategic drivers for the growth and innovation of the Group. 
He currently serves as Head of Recruitment and Training for all the companies within HPE Group. In this role, he is responsible for the search and selection of STEM professionals in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors, with a particular focus on Automotive, Motorsport, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence. 
At the same time, he coordinates the design and planning of training activities, with the aim of supporting the technical and soft-skill development of people within the organization. 
With a strong focus on people development and potential enhancement, he promotes an approach centered on individual competencies and professional self-fulfillment, with a vision aimed at building inclusive, dynamic, and growth-oriented working environment.
