Passionate about emotional intelligence and personal development, as well as the world of engines and two-wheeled vehicles, Simone joined HPE in 2019 and began his professional journey in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, initially focusing on Junior profiles. This segment has always been a strategic lever for the growth and innovation of HPE Group. 

He currently holds the role of Head of Recruitment and Training for all companies within the HPE Group. He is responsible for the recruitment and selection of STEM profiles in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors, with a particular focus on Automotive, Motorsport, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence.

In parallel, he coordinates the design and planning of training activities, with the goal of supporting the technical and soft skill development of employees within the organization. Attentive to the development of people and their potential, he promotes an approach centered on valuing individual competencies and self-realization, with a vision focused on creating inclusive, dynamic, and growth-oriented work environments.
