Silvia Tempestilli  is CNH HR Manager responsible for the employees at the San Matteo Site, the main R&D site for tractors in Europe. With more than 10 years of experience, both at CNH and in other companies, Silvia has held various HR generalist and managerial roles at different Italian sites, with a particular focus on manufacturing operations.

She holds a master’s degree in philosophy, with further specialization in HR Management, and is currently pursuing European studies. Silvia is also qualified as an SHL Assessor. She firmly believes that being an HR professional is more of a mission than just a job—it involves being the critical conscience of the business and always prioritizing the true asset of a company: its people.

Passionate about people development, she focuses on both personal and professional growth. Silvia is committed to creating conditions that enable everyone to bring out their best.

Outside of work, Silvia is passionate about Eastern culture and martial arts, particularly tai chi and kung fu. She loves reading and is a strong advocate of continuous learning.
