Salvatore Lovaglio holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Trento and is a licensed Psychologist.

Since 2024, he has been working at Dallara within the People Development team, where he supports the organization through talent acquisition, employer branding, and education initiatives. With a strong interest in people development and organizational dynamics, he contributes to attracting and developing talent while promoting a coherent and engaging employer value proposition.
