For over 30 years an Human Resources international professional. Interdisciplinary degree in “Dynamics in Organizational Environments” from the University of Wisconsin USA (Sociology, Psychology, Social Change and Development, Communication and Business). 

Attended programs at the Master in HR at the London School of Economics. Co-founder and Manager of RPM, the Italian Motorsport Network of which AWA is a member organization. Member of the board of directors in AWA with special delegate to training. International author and public speaker; his upcoming latest book is going to focus on the Motorsport Mindset geared towards: innovation, inclusion and inspiration.

In particular with unique perspectives to see the roles of women in motorsport and other high development and change activities. Co-founder of MindUp Enhancement Psychology ®️an innovative method to boost performance in sports and in organizations that has been utilised also for AWA activities. 

Recently has been Sporting Director and responsible of communication of AWA team in the 15th Grand Prix Historique de Monaco, featuring an all women team beginning with Monica Zanetti (co-founder of AWA) and inclusive of two female mechanics: Lucrezia Milani e Daria Gavriliu.
