Riccardo Graglia is the New Business Development Director & Group Chief System Officer at Dumarey. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and has 25 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Before joining Dumarey, Riccardo spent 15 years at General Motors, where he advanced within the product development area initially focusing on engine control electronics and later working on the development and integration of components and systems for next-generation powertrains. He held various roles in Program Management and also served as Engineering Manager for engine design, as well as leading the Supplier Quality team and acting as Commodity Manager. More recently, he has been involved in Dumarey’s business development activities and has coordinated integration efforts for the group’s recent acquisitions, working directly with the CEO.
