Pietro Innocenti, born 1967, has been at the helm of Porsche Italia since 2012, with the role of CEO from July 2019.
A graduate in Business Administration from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, he began his career in Milan at Ipsoa Editore and then moved to Rome in 1995 to work in the Headquarters of Telecom Italia, where he experienced the birth of all innovative telecommunications services and participated in the process of opening the sector to competition from new operators.

He landed at Ferrari in Maranello in 1998 as Head of Organization to follow the relaunch of Maserati, then became responsible for numerous projects in HR and Marketing for the Prancing Horse manufacturer, including the revision of research and development processes and the introduction of CRM. In 2005 he was Marketing Director with responsibility for the launch in the Chinese market and, from 2007, for the entire Asian continent. From 2010 to 2012, again for Ferrari, he led the Middle East & Africa subsidiary based in Dubai.

He lands in Porsche, leading the Italian subsidiary, at a particularly delicate moment for the automotive sector and for luxury brands in particular, managing within a few years to successfully relaunch the brand’s image.
He participated over the years in numerous seminars at the most prestigious management schools including Insead, HECParis, MIT-Boston.

A rock music enthusiast, Pietro Innocenti is married with two children and loves his motorcycles and sailing.
