He is Head of Industrial HR at Ferrari, a position he has held since 2022. 
He previously worked from 2013 to 2019 at FCA, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in several departments, including R&D, Supply Chain Operations and Manufacturing. 
Following his experience at FCA, Sotira worked for three years as HR Plant Manager at Luxottica.
