Michele Gadda is Engineering Division Manager at Yamaha Motor Racing S.r.l., where he is responsible for coordinating the technical and engineering activities of Yamaha’s MotoGP racing programs in Europe. 
With an engineering background in motorsport, he has gained extensive experience in the development of racing vehicles, the management of complex projects, and the coordination of international technical teams, working closely with Yamaha Motor Co. in Japan as well as with leading suppliers and technology partners. 
In his current role, he contributes to the managerial, technical, and strategic development of MotoGP and racing programs overall, with particular focus on innovation, technical governance, and technology transfer between the engineering office and the track.
