Matteo Barsotti is HR responsible for Italy, Iberia (Spain & Portugal) and Greece for CNH employees. 
With more than 20 years of experience, both nationally and internationally in CNH and previous roles with other organizations, Matteo has held various positions in the HR field, including Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Organization & People Development, and Head of HR for smaller companies.

This broad range of experience has given him a comprehensive 360° view of human capital, which is essential for a multinational company like CNH.

A graduate in Economics with a specialization in labor law, Matteo is a member of AIDP (the Italian Association for Personnel Management) and is qualified as an SHL Assessor. He is passionate about understanding human nature and lives by the credo, “There is no perfect person, but there is the right person in the right position at the right time.”

Outside of work, Matteo is passionate about history and rugby, and he passionately supports the growth of people within CNH.
