Massimiliano Ortalli is Market Unit Leader for Automotive, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense at Capgemini Italy, serving as Vice President. 
He is a seasoned business and sales leader with a strong track record in developing complex markets, growing large industrial accounts, and managing highly structured organizations operating at the intersection of sales, delivery and operations. In his role, he leads the Market Unit strategy, with responsibility for growth, financial performance, program execution and capability development. 
Massimiliano has built extensive experience in the sale of complex IT and digital solutions, supporting Enterprise clients and mid‑market organizations in their technological and industrial transformation journeys. He is recognized for his ability to establish strong, long‑term relationships with key decision makers, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working effectively with technology partners and international stakeholders. 
He began his professional career at SAP, where he spent nearly 14 years holding positions of increasing responsibility in sales. He then continued his career at Microsoft for 9 years, first as Cloud Sales Director for the Italian market and later as Senior Director for the Dynamics business across Western Europe.
