Marko Bertogna is the Leader of Spoke 6 of the MOST Centre on Connected and Autonomous Vehicles.

He is a Full Professor at the Department of Physics, Computer Science, and Mathematics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, where he leads the HiPeRT (High-Performance Real-Time) Laboratory.

His main research areas include high-performance real-time systems, autonomous driving, and industrial automation.

He received his Ph.D. from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa in 2008.

He is the author of over 100 publications in international journals and conferences and has coordinated numerous European and industrial research projects. He is the founder and CEO of the academic spin-off HiPeRT Srl.
