Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, he began his career in the automotive sector in 1998 as Business Development Manager at Tubi Style.
Today, he is Chief Executive Officer of DTS Spa, a company operating in the car and motorcycle components sector, based in Maranello, in the province of Modena.
He is also President of 3M Srl, the aluminium die-casting foundry that is part of the DTS Group.
Since 2019, he has been Vice President of ANFIA – the Italian Association of the Automotive Industry – and President of the ANFIA Components Group.
He is also Vice President of CLEPA – the European Association of Automotive Suppliers; President of the Automotive Supply Chain of Confindustria Emilia; Member of the Confindustria Industrial Policy Technical Group; and Member of the Technical and Scientific Committee of Fondazione Democenter-Sipe, Modena.
