 He joined the team in 2008 in R&D, before moving into Vehicle Dynamics and later transitioning to Race Strategy, where he progressed to Head of Strategy. He subsequently became Sporting Director where he overseas the sporting topics and the trackside operations, leading and supporting mechanics, transports and race logistics coordination, ensuring seamless operations across all race events.
