He graduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of Parma in 2009 and began his professional career in 2006 in the field of HR consulting.
In 2011, he joined Fagioli, a medium-sized multinational company, where he progressively grew within the organisation until becoming Group HR Manager in 2015.

Since 2019, he has been with Dallara as Human Resources Director, a role in which he has led a complex process of organisational and cultural transformation involving the entire group in the post-Covid period.
Alongside his corporate role, he is actively involved in several organisations within the education and training ecosystem, including MUNER – Motor Valley University of Emilia-Romagna, Innovation Farm, ITS Maker — where he is a member of the Board of Directors — and Assoknowledge, where he serves as a board member.
