More than 28 years of experience in the Aerospace, Automotive and safety industries, with organizations like
KPIT Technologies, Honeywell, Infosys. She is leading the world’s largest Autonomous Driving and SDV team
today with more than 3000 engineers. She leads business with all Top Automotive OEMs such as BMW,
Mercedes Benz, Renault, Honda, GM, Stellantis and JLR. She travels across world to participate in business
discussions and to create technology roadmap for Automotive.

She has received the “Woman Technical Leader of India” Award in 2018 and the “Women Leader of the year”
in September 2019. She has 22+ patent applications & 60+ publications in tech. journals & conferences. She
has authored 3 books. She is also a Therapist and Life coach and has healed thousands of members world
wide.

Throughout her career, Manaswini has developed various innovative products like, Unmanned Ariel Vehicle,
SMART Grid, Home Automation, Autonomous Driving Algorithms and Software Defined vehicles.
She has a PHD in Metaphysics from Univ. of Metaphysics, Sedona, USA, MBA in Engg. Management from
Coventry University, UK and has done her MS and graduation from IIT Kharagpur
