Luca Ciancetti is Technical Director and founder of Podium Advanced Technologies, where he leads the technical development of high-performance vehicles and systems for automotive and motorsport applications. 
He began his career in motorsport, contributing to the development of racing vehicles from the outset and building a career path completely focused on performance. During his career, he has led the development of both an LMH and a GT3 car, following the entire vehicle lifecycle, from the conceptual stage to the track. At Podium, he coordinates multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, integrating vehicle engineering, simulation, validation, and technology transfer to industrial solutions.
