Electronic engineer and co-founder of Novac Srl, he is responsible for the development of the company’s proprietary electronics, with a specific focus on the design, implementation, testing, and validation of BMS systems. He also coordinates hardware and functional customization activities according to each project’s technical requirements, overseeing the full engineering cycle: from requirements analysis to integration into supercapacitor modules.


As Operations Director, he supervises machinery operations, maintenance planning, the implementation of new production systems, and technical interventions, ensuring continuity, reliability, and efficiency across the company’s operational processes.
