Leonardo Goracci is Head of Product – Automotive Business Unit at HPE Group, focusing on Electric Drive Units (EDU) and powertrain transmissions. He leads multidisciplinary and system-level activities, coordinating the entire product development lifecycle from scratch to SOP, ensuring the achievement of targets in performance, reliability, industrialization, and time-to-market. 
He also serves as Project Leader for ICE powertrain development activities in Formula 1 motorsport, contributing to high-performance programs in competitive and technologically advanced environments.
