Giovanni Revoltella is CEO of DBAG Italia and has over 20 years of experience in mid-market
private equity.

Since 2004, he has worked to invest international capital for the development of Italian B2B
mid-sized companies, including: N&W Global Vending (now Evoca), IVS, Faster, Gotha, ARAG,
MTWH (Metalworks Holding) and Great Lengths.

In 2021 he opened the Italian office of DBAG, of which he is Partner and member of the
Advisory investment committee. DBAG, whose GP is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange,
manages funds for the development of companies in B2B manufacturing and services. It is
currently investing EUR 1.1bn from DBAG fund VIII. Giovanni Revoltella is a director of MTWH,
Great Lengths as well as DBAG Italia.

DBAG Italia comprises a team of five investment professionals, that work alongside the
Frankfurt office of DBAG in order to identify and support mid-sized company to become
regional and global leaders in their niche application.
