Gianluca Di Loreto, a graduate of LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, is a Partner at Bain & Company and Head of Automotive & Mobility in Italy.

He has over 20 years of consulting experience, over 15 of which at Bain. Gianluca has contributed to deepening Bain’s core competencies in the mobility and automotive sectors, having worked alongside numerous industry players on business plan restructuring, organizational changes, performance improvement, and customer analysis and segmentation. He also focuses on Commercial Excellence, sales force optimization, and Net Promoter Score. He has gained additional experience in the private equity sector, conducting due diligence in various sectors, with a particular focus on the automotive components industry. 

As a certified Agile Scrum Master and Product Owner, Gianluca has worked on a wide range of Agile projects both in Italy and abroad, supporting innovation initiatives for major players in the automotive and retail sectors. In recent years, Gianluca has developed several studies in collaboration with Bain’s global Automotive practice regarding smart mobility and car sharing and has spoken on several occasions on topics within his expertise.
